What's actually included?
Pricing questions, answered.
Are embassy and VAC fees included in the price?
No. Schengen Visa Pro only charges for application preparation. Embassy fees (typically €90) and VAC service fees (≈€33–€50 in the UK) are paid directly to the consulate or VAC operator on the day of your appointment.
Do I get a refund if my visa is refused?
We refund 50% of the Schengen Visa Pro service fee if a refusal is caused by an error we missed in a Checked or Concierge review. Refusals based on applicant credibility, financial history or itinerary changes are not refundable — these are embassy decisions outside our control.
Can I apply for multiple people on one account?
Yes. Add additional applicants in the wizard. Group discount of 15% applies from four travellers, automatically.
Is there a payment plan?
Klarna and Clearpay are offered at checkout for orders over €150 — three interest-free instalments.
