Embassy Visa Fees
Set by the European Commission and identical across every Schengen consulate. Paid in EUR (or local equivalent) directly to the consulate or VAC operator on the day of your appointment.

| Reduced rate | €35 | For nationals of countries with EU visa-facilitation agreements (Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, Cape Verde, others). |
VAC & service fees
The Visa Application Centre charges its own service fee on top of the embassy fee. Plus optional add-ons like courier delivery and biometric capture.

Border-system fees
Two new EU systems at the Schengen border. Neither is a visa fee in itself, but they're often confused with one.
